Внимание! Ако сте над 30, ето защо ви боли сърцето…

Heart diseases are among the leading causes of death, with the number of affected individuals continually increasing. Doctors warn that the risks begin much earlier than many assume. Even people without visible symptoms can be at risk. The main factors contributing to the development of heart diseases include poor dietary habits, lack of physical activity, smoking, and chronic stress.

One of the first warning signs is a change in endurance during physical activity. If you were previously able to climb stairs without a problem, but now you get winded or feel tightness in your chest, this could be a signal of a heart problem. Other symptoms include chronic fatigue, dizziness, frequent pulse without apparent cause, and unexplained pain in various parts of the body, such as the back or jaw.

Unhealthy lifestyle also plays a huge role. Consumption of foods high in fat, salt, and sugar significantly increases the risk of high blood pressure and clogged arteries. Smoking doubles the risk of a heart attack, and chronic stress leads to hormonal changes that strain the heart. For women in menopause, the risk further increases due to hormonal changes that can lead to elevated levels of cholesterol and blood pressure.

It is important to note that heart attacks do not always occur with classic symptoms such as severe chest pain. In some people, they may manifest with nausea, increased sweating, severe fatigue, or even without any clear signs. To reduce the risk, specialists advise regular medical check-ups, balanced diet, and physical activity for at least 150 minutes per week. Giving up harmful habits like smoking and excessive alcohol consumption is also of vital importance. If you have a family history of heart diseases or notice unusual symptoms, consulting a cardiologist could be life-saving.
